Terms & Conditions
Booking
Your wedding date is secured once your booking has been confirmed and the booking fee has been received.
The booking fee is non-refundable and secures your wedding date exclusively.
Trials
A bridal trial is highly recommended and allows us to create and refine your desired bridal look together. The trial also helps me understand your hair, skin, and personal preferences to ensure everything feels perfect on your wedding day.
Payments
The remaining balance, including any additional travel or early morning fees, must be paid no later than 3 days before the wedding date.
Travel
Travel within 10 miles of Glasgow is complimentary. Additional travel is charged at £0.60 per mile unless otherwise agreed.
Bookings requiring a start time before 7am may incur an additional early morning fee.
Additional Styling
Styling for bridesmaids, family members, or other guests can be added subject to availability and will be charged separately.
Cancellations
The booking fee is non-refundable. If the booking is cancelled after the bridal trial has taken place, any payments already made are non-refundable.
Delays
Please ensure all members of the bridal party are ready at their allocated time slot to help the morning run smoothly. Delays may affect the styling schedule.
Photography
Professional photographs of bridal hair and makeup may be used on my website or social media unless otherwise requested in writing.
Illness or Emergencies
In the unlikely event of illness or circumstances beyond my control, every effort will be made to arrange a trusted replacement artist.
In the event of cancellation by the client, the following cancellation fees apply, including any agreed additional services:
Cancellation 6 weeks before the wedding date: 25% of the total booking value
Cancellation 4 weeks before the wedding date: 50% of the total booking value
Cancellation 2 weeks before the wedding date: 75% of the total booking value
Cancellation 1 week or less before the wedding date: 100% of the total booking value
Any cancellation fees become payable immediately upon cancellation.
If a bridal trial has already taken place, the booking fee and trial payment are non-refundable due to the time and services already provided.
By securing your wedding date, a dedicated time slot is reserved exclusively for you and is no longer available to other clients.
Liability
All services are carried out with the utmost care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Clients are kindly asked to inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the appointment. While every effort is made to use suitable products, I cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur during or after the service.
I am also unable to accept responsibility for circumstances outside my control that may affect the longevity or appearance of the styling, including weather conditions or external factors.
Acceptance of Terms
By confirming your booking and signing the agreement form, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
